  • Cherry or grape tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Smoked salmon
  • Chives 
  • Olive oil
  • White wine vinegar

  • Garlic powder
  • Dried thyme 
  • Dijon mustard

Description: This class will address nutrition specifically for brain health and cognition and discuss specific foods that are important to maintain this crucial organ. This class includes a cooking demonstration for smoked salmon niçoise salad.
