Supplies Needed:
- Drawing paper & drawing material (options: pastels, markers, pencils, or crayons).
- Paper or a journal.
- Writing utensil (options: pencil, pen, or marker).
- Chair (optional).
Description: This class is an exploration of legs and feet. Through movement, writing, and drawing we will create awareness around our legs and feet. This class calms the nervous system, while engaging the mind and body. You can do this class seated or standing and it is meant for beginners who are new to somatic movement and expressive arts.
