Supplies Needed: Chair, stool or bed.
Description: This class is a movement practice while sitting in a chair. It calms the nervous system, engages your mind/body, and helps you discover new parts of yourself. We will wake up our senses and have fun through movement. The entire class is done while seated in a chair.
