- Seed mixture (chia, sesame, sunflower, poppy, pepitas)

Description: This class will give you an idea of how your nutrition needs can change as you age and why. Madison will share helpful advice on how to optimize your nutrition and health, followed by a cooking demonstration for steel cuts oats with seeds and seasonal fruit.
